For THE Parents

Every player has a Home Team

You might not pull on the boots, but you're a huge part of your child's rugby - the early start, the fuel, the calm on the touchline, the lift home, the safety net. These free guides help you play your part brilliantly.

Free Parent & Guardian Packs

We made The Home Team because getting it right off the pitch matters just as much as what happens on it - and because most of the advice out there either talks down to parents or skips the stuff that actually helps.

So these are honest, practical and genuinely useful. No lectures, no fluff, no "remember to bring water." Just the things that make a real difference - and the things worth keeping an eye on. Free, no catch.

CHOOSE YOUR PACK

Three guides, each written for a specific stage - because a parent on the side of a U7 tag game and a parent watching a U15 contact match have very different jobs.

The Home Team - Cubs (Ages 6–8)

First steps, first games, all about the fun. Keeping it joyful, protecting their love of the game, and the little things that make them want to come back next week.

The Home Team - Wolves (Ages 9–12)

The move into contact and real competition. Backing a developing player, the "silent sideline," handling the car ride home, and what to watch for as the game steps up.

The Home Team - Alphas (Ages 13–16)

Bigger game, bigger bodies, busier lives. Stepping back while staying close, fuelling a growing teen, mental wellbeing, screens, and straight-talking safety.

Child's age group

The Home Team guides are general information to support parents and guardians, not medical advice. For head injuries always follow RFU HEADCASE guidance (link to RFU Headcase at https://www.englandrugby.com/run/player-welfare/headcase) - "if in doubt, sit them out" - and seek medical help where needed.

Want to back them all season?

The Home Team is for you. FearLess Rugby is for them - a weekly training pack built for your child's exact age group, landing every Friday at 4pm ready for the weekend. Drills, habits, fuel, recovery, tactics and mindset, all in your child's stage and voice.

*Founding 100 families get a launch offer, a FREE Confidence Kit and Founding Member status.
